Step by step guide
to getting the I LOVE ANISONG Experience.
STEP 1
Purchase I Love Anisong ticket(s) through SISTIC.

STEP 2
Collect I Love Anisong ticket(s) via SISTIC collection methods.
(Check SISTIC website for details)
 
STEP 3
Redeem concert pass and light stick(s) at the dedicated I Love Anisong counter at the venue. (Check AFA website for location and opening times) The concert pass is worn on a lanyard.

STEP 4
Enter festival through dedicated I Love Anisong ticket holders’ entrance
(You will need to present your SISTIC Ticket as verification and will be directed to the entrance by AFA staff.)
 
STEP 5
Enter the concert seating area before I Love Anisong concerts through the same entrance.

STEP 6
Have fun!

How can I buy “I Love Anisong” concert tickets?
You can buy the ticket on line at SISTIC website or purchase in person at all SISTIC outlets.

Internet Bookings for 2 days concert tickets starts on 19th October 2009, 9am.
Other sales (Sistic Outlets & Hotline)  channel starts on 10am.

Internet Bookings for 1 day concert ticket starts on 26th October 2009, 9am.
Other sales (Sistic Outlets & Hotline)  channel starts on 10am.

How can I collect my “ I Love Anisong” Concert ticket(s)?
Please refer to the SISTIC website for modes of collection.

I’m a foreigner, how can I purchase the concert tickets?

Book your online ticket at www.sistic.com.sg.  SISTIC outlets are available in Malaysia and Indonesia.

How can I pay for my tickets on the SISTIC website?
Payment can be made through major credit cards online.(VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, etc).

Can I pay CASH for the “I Love Anisong” concert ticket(s)?
Yes, you can pay cash at all SISTIC Outlets

What sort of ticketing plan is being used for ‘I Love Anisong concerts’?
 ‘I Love Anisong’ concert is based on reserved seating.

Where can I collect my concert pass and light stick?
You can collect the concert pass and light stick on 20th November 2009 at Suntec Convention Centre, Hall 403, level 4,  “I Love Anisong” Collection counter from 12pm onwards.  Please present your ticket for collection of the items.

If I am not available to collect my concert pass and light stick on 20th November 2009, can I collect the items on the event days?
Yes.  You may collect the items on 21st November 2009 and 22nd November 2009, from 9.00am to 6.00pm daily at the venue.

Am I allowed to take pictures or record videos during the concert?
All recording devices, inclusive of sound and visuals, are strictly prohibited.

I have booked ‘I Love Anisong’ concert ticket(s) outside of Singapore; can I collect my tickets during the event day at the event venue?
No, collection of tickets is done at SISTIC outlets. The nearest SISTIC outlet to the venue is at Raffles City Shopping Centre.

Can ‘I LOVE ANISONG’ Concert tickets help me gain entry to the festival?
Yes, you need to collect your concert pass at ‘I Love Anisong’ collection counter located at the entrance of Hall 403.  With the concert pass, you will be able to enter the festival.

Will there be another tier of tickets to be sold a later time?
No.

‘I Love Anisong’ concert ticket entitles me to special seating for the K-ON! Experience?
No, I Love Anisong concert tickets do not grant holders special access to the K-ON! Experience. The Experience is open to all, regardless of what tickets they hold.

Will there be an opportunity to get an autograph to the I Love Anisong Artists?
Yes.  Right now we are working on a Autograph system.  This system will be announced very shortly.  Please check back to this page at a later date.

All overseas visitors may purchase their tickets through SISTIC Website starting 19th (MON) OCT for 2 DAY PASS and 26ht (MON) OCT for 1 DAY PASS.

Terms & Conditions
2 DAY "I Love Anisong" Concert pass admits one person to AFA09 for two [2] days – both Saturday 21 November 09 AND Sunday 22 November 09.

1 DAY "I Love Anisong" Concert pass admits one person to AFA09 for one [1] day – either Saturday 21 November 09 OR Sunday 22 November 09 following the date stated on the "I Love Anisong" SISTIC ticket.

This ticket admits one person to designated I Love Anisong Concert area.

All sales are final and no refunds will be entertained.

Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from SISTIC.

The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual concert, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and all Ticket Holders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Strictly no photography, audio and video recording is allowed during I LOVE ANISONG concerts.

The organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
