You can buy the ticket on line at SISTIC website or purchase in person at all SISTIC outlets.

I’m a foreigner, how can I purchase the concert tickets?

Book your online ticket at www.sistic.com.sg.  SISTIC outlets are available in Malaysia and Indonesia.

How can I pay for my tickets on the SISTIC website?
Payment can be made through major credit cards online.(VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, etc).

Can I pay CASH for the “I Love Anisong” concert ticket(s)?
Yes, you can pay cash at all SISTIC Outlets

What sort of ticketing plan is being used for ‘I Love Anisong concerts’?
 ‘I Love Anisong’ concert is based on reserved seating.

Where can I collect my concert pass and light stick?
You can collect the concert pass and light stick on 20th November 2009 at Suntec Convention Centre, Hall 403, level 4,  “I Love Anisong” Collection counter from 9.00am onwards.  Please present your SISTIC I love anisong ticket(s) for collection of the items.

If I am not available to collect my concert pass and light stick on 20th November 2009, can I collect the items on the event days?
Yes.  You may collect the items on 21st November 2009 and 22nd November 2009, from 9.00am to 6.00pm daily at the venue.

Can ‘I LOVE ANISONG’ Concert tickets help me gain entry to the festival?
Yes, you need to collect your concert pass at ‘I Love Anisong’ collection counter located at the entrance of Hall 403.  With the concert pass, you will be able to enter the festival.

‘I Love Anisong’ concert ticket entitles me to special seating for the K-ON! Experience?
No, I Love Anisong concert tickets do not grant holders special access to the K-ON! Experience. The Experience is open to all, regardless of what tickets they hold.

Will there be an opportunity to get an autograph to the I Love Anisong Artists?
Yes.  Right now we are working on a Autograph system.  This system will be announced very shortly.  Please check back to this page at a later date.


GENERAL TICKETING

How can I purchase AFA09 admission ticket(s)?
Admission tickets can be purchased onsite from 21 – 22 Nov.
Ticketing counters open at 9.00am daily. 

Can I pre-register for AFA09 admission ticket(s)?
Pre-registration will be available from 19th October 2009 on the AFA 2009 website.

How can I collect my pre-registration ticket(s)?
Pre-registered ticket holders must collect their ticket(s) on 20th November 2009 (Friday) from 12noon to 6pm at Suntec Convention Centre, level 4, ticketing counter.

What is the cost of the pre-registration ticket?
Pre-registration is only available for 2-days passes. 
The fee for a 2-day pass is S$25.00 for adults and S$20.00 for students.
It is not applicable to consumers who want to purchase a single day ticket.

When does pre-registration close?
Pre-registration closes on the 18th of November 2009

How can I pay for my tickets?
You can pay your admission ticket on site. 
Please get ready the exact amount of cash for your admission ticket/s.

If I am not available to collect my ticket on 20th November 2009, can I collect it on 21st November 2009?
Collection for pre-registration tickets can only be made on the 20th of November, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have pre-registered for my ticket. Does that mean I have secured the priority to enter to the exhibition hall?
There is no priority queue for pre-registered ticket holder.
Ticket holders can enter the festival through main entrance when the festival starts.

I am a local student. What documents will I need to present to buy the student ticket(s)?
You will have to present a valid student pass or ID.

I am an overseas student. Am I eligible for the student ticket(s)?
No. The student ticket price applies to students studying in Singapore only.
